On 23rd of February using SBI Mukkam branch cash deposit machine deposited cash to my account using my debit card, the currency has taken by the machine but got an error message. On 24th made written request to the service manager of the SBI Mukkam branch and responded that it’s a technical issue.
Till 3rd march the amount wasn’t credited to my account. While checking the bank statement on 4th of march there’s a transaction entered as credited the same amount which I deposited using CDM but the same was not reflecting in my cash balance in the bank account. Contacted the branch through telephone I donot got any responds from the bank. On 8th march I personally visited the bank and asked about not responding to the telephone service manager responded that there is no customer care service here. And asked about the cash which I deposited they responded like they cannot do anything regarding this and they can’t say about when will it credited to the account, once it credited only they can say about it. Till 9th march I didn’t get the money which I deposited and without having the money I am facing some financial problems.
It is therefore I humbly request to do the needful.
