State Bank Of India [SBI] — Not depositing money

I am complaining about bank. sbi branch jagatpura jaipur.branch code is 11395.i want to deposit money but the cashier refused to take it while she was playing game on her mobile and the manager also refused.they said me to go the sbi kiosk for deposits money.when i requested them they misbehave me and use their official power in wrong way.please act in this matter immediately.

My PPO number is '[protected]' and retired on 30.06.2001. The deduction towards commutation Rs.2585.00 need to be restored from July 01 2016. May I request you to look in to this matter and early restoration of the same. Thanking you.
