State Bank Of India [SBI] — not received the refund sent by amazon of rupees 1613.52

Hello sir, i am a customer of sbi bank branch mahal, that i am not received the refund amount which was sent by amazon on dated 23/08/2018 of rupees 1611.52. The amazon sent me the reference number is '993387'
but on the other side, i am not received the said amount up till now . So please solved my query as soon as possible, .
