[Resolved]  State Bank Of India [SBI] — Not received voucher aa promises on credit card and undue charges after request to close the account

Hi,
After my home loan in September 2020, i got a call from sbi crads that i am eligible for new sbli Elite card for which annual fee is 4999 but after paying first year annual fee you will get 5000 rs voucher so i was okay trying new upgrade card.

After paying annual fee in October month 2021, i did not recieved any voucher and been following with customer care since a year now. After this behaviour and response i asked them to close my card account but again they charged me with 4999 annual fee.
Request to close account with revert fee is declined
Why?

Such poor and unclear response from customer care on email and phone. I am fed up with them following
This affected my metal heath too
