State Bank Of India [SBI] — not receiving mobile messages after the money transactions

Address: Karimnagar, Andhra Pradesh, 505325

I have been charged by sbi for every quarter for sms services but i am not receiving messages for imps transactions/intended deductions by sbi for atm maintenance fees, interest credits etc.
How come sbi being one of the world's largest bank and doing all such # things?
This is not at all proper service from a govt bank.
I wanted to resolve such issues sooner. Or else inform them to not to charge.

How can i provide the account, mobile and incident information here?
