Sir, on 16/10/2017 when I visited to SBI branch to link Aadhar with my saving bank account, i was told that first of all KYC form is to be submitted. I inform to manager that I have already submitted KYC in year 2011, 2014, 2016. It was told to me that it is not showing in the record and it is the mistake of previous manager. Finally I have submitted KYC form to the SBI BANK (Aligarh city). On 26/10/2017 again I visted the branch to update / link Aadhar. Copy of aadhar and PAN (self & spouce) were submitted.
But no changes have been made yet. Hence, i am requesting you to solve the issue and stop harasing the customers Was this information helpful? |
