State Bank Of India [SBI] — not yet issued pmsp silver atm card although I've submitted a request letter.

Sir, i have a sbi bank account in sbi baharagora branch, bearing ac no. [protected], my para malitary silver atm card has expired due some banking related issue. I've applied a request application in the bank but they are not responding yet now. Plze resolve my problems as soon as possible. I have no such debit card to make transaction and facing to much deficulties.
Kind take action... Plz.
