State Bank Of India [SBI] — npci mapping not linked to bank(sbi)

Respected sir,
I have submitted npci mapping form (Application for linking/seeding Aadhaar Number and receiving DBT Benefits in to Bank Account -(NPCI MAPPING) to SBI Bank in my mother bank. I asked so many times in my mother bank and they said they had done from his side and update my mother Aadhaar with my mother account, and it's not update from NPCI, Bank person told your mother NPCI Mapping link in npci only.
NPCI team mail npci link your Bank only. please. give the solution how to deal with this... please help me
