I’ve made a purchase of ₹ 64192.75 paid on the[protected] and it reflected in the payment history on the[protected] yet SBI has debited this amount on the[protected] and reversed it on the[protected] and charged me ₹1282 as NFS FEE. Firstly I’ve never opted for such a service, I had gotten to know about this in April as a similar instance occurred for which I’ve received a reversal that to upon asking for a cancellation of the card and I’ve also insisted SBI to deactivate the auto debit feature for which I was asked to download a form, fill it and email it to a customer service email id, which is just pathetic in today’s age and time but I did and never heard back. Now, fed up asked for cancellation of my card and the agent offers me a reversal if I continue usage of the card for which I did and a reversal ticket is still open[protected]. Just out of curiosity and the evident service called SBI to know the status and they’re denying a reversal stating I can avail it only once a year. They have made me use the card by fake promising reversal.
