State Bank Of India [SBI] — Online Banking is Not worth

I have come across so many problems regarding SBI work . when ever i need to have any thing i have to visit my HOME Branch that is what they are saying . I have internet banking too and then also i dont have full privillege . Then what is the use of Netbanking ?? And why we have so many branches when they are not linked and they dont work for other branch customers . So for each small thing i need to visit my home branch which is 300km from where i m now . So i think its just a waste of resources . They are not providing the full details ever . And the most important the customer service : they dont know what is going on in the branch they are not updated timely so how they can even help us . I m really very upset with all this bank thing . please Dont call it as STATE BANK OF INDIA .. rather then you can call it as Village bank .
