The log in process is unnecessarily complicated. I actively use CIti Bank and have used Axis bank as well. It is only with SBI that there is extreme difficulty to LOG IN to the account.
Most often there is an error message with regard to password.
Current problem being faced -
I provide my log in details and I am asked to change the profile password. Any number of attempts I make to set a new password, it says - Invalid profile password. I am following all the rules of profile password - Minimum 8 characters, Max 20, 1 upper case, 1 number, 1 alpha numeric.
I am so frustrated that I never want to open SBI account next time.
I was told by a CA, that - Across the board, SBI is not customer centric. The same attitude reflects in the Log in process also.
Why is that only SBI needs such complicated Log in process and rules. I never faced a single issue with my citi bank account. Was this information helpful? |
