Respected Sir/Madam,
i an attemt to book an air ticket through GO AIR AIRLINES on 1st sept 2010 at 1800 hours ....i used my SBI debit card(domestic type) but as i clicked on the pay option i suddenly got an error message,due to which i got the amount of the flite deducted,but failed to book the ticket...so please refund me the desired amount....i checked my transactions and found this very transaction in the name "POS PRCH"POS...

As per the latest bill payment copy dt.[protected] an amount of Rs.700/- has been imposed as penalty for late payment of minimum amount due for the outstanding amount due to your bank. Sir,I sent a request for top up of 50/- for my vodafone mobile no:[protected].The request was accepted for payment vide Tid=[protected]. The amount was deducted from my primary account. HI,
I have taken loan from SBI pune and by far it has been a night mare for me .I have earlier also taken loan from SBI ,bhopal but that was never a problem.But here in pune the staff is so unfriendly and irresponsible .

For starters they will make you visit Bank for silly things over and over .like Interest certificate ,starting a standing order arrangement for your EMI (you wont believe if you ask for debiting it...

On[protected], I use SBI,ATM-card to withdrawal cash of Rs.4000 using City union Bank ATM, Janakpuri. Cash not dispensed in ATM but account debited.
I filed complaint in my SBI branch, they gave me token No. 1514.
I went to my SBI, Delhi Cantt. branch then after many time and I was used to talk to Branch Manager, but I didn't got any response.
I also register my complaint through their toll free Number 2 times,...

I have taken Home loan ( Rs 10.95 Lacs) from SBI in the month of April09 & EMI of Rs 10606/- have been started from May 09 . I had submitted 24 PDC's while taking loan. till Jan 10 EMI was deducting through PDC & but from Feb 10 onwards EMI have started through ECS, which is also without information to cutomer for change of payment mode....

Dear Sir/ madam,
i am account holder of SBI of Branch- Takhatpur Dist- Bilaspur State- Chattisgarh. After getting ATM card and password when i use it 1st time the atm machine shows it as invalid card, plese solve my problem as soon as possible and also notify the requirements from myside through e-mail or call me at [protected]. my atm card no is[protected]....

HI Sir/ Madam

I paid the fee for the post of PO in SBI Associate banks. I am trying to submit the application form online. but i am unable to submit it because it is always giving error that "Security check invalid, please click change image to get new one" . i am giving correct security code even then it is giving the same message. Please tell me the reason for this.

sbi has change my demat account two times .but it still not working,they provide me new demat account number but i can not start login on http://sbicapsec.com because of not matching wit demat account ,i complaint many time but they not care on problems.i also called by phone and send money to correct the problem ,but always the give me suggestion to contact other number.i applied for online trading in month of first week of October-2009...

i am enjoying certain credit facility from your bank and having cash credit / term loan and sme credit plus a/c .

from last 2 years i am observing that the banks system is charging inspection charges on each and every account and whereas as per the policy it should be charged maximum 12000/- per year per SME borrower.

every time i have to write a letter to branch and bring their attention then after they reverse...

Dear Sir,

I am having a Savings bank Account No. [protected], of SBI, Maurya Lok Complex, Patna. My Account had been debited by Rs. 1000/- due to “TIME OUT OPERATION” while withdrawing money from Income Tax Chowk ATM, Patna, on 08.10.2008 and no money disbursed to me. Since than more than one year and two months elapsed but I have neither received any communication from the bank regarding the above subject nor Rs. 1000/-...

my account balance should be 22,000.but my current balance is 6,000 only also it showing 16,000 has lien amount iam not able to withdraw balance 22,000 i can withdraw only 6,000 wats the lien amount how can i withdraw lien amount wat should i have to do to make the lien amount come under my actual balance

I am an SBI customer with account no.-[protected] since november 2008 from Technopark branch.But presently working and staying in new delhi.

On 16th of march 2009 a debit sweep of rs 18000 was made from my account no. to deposit account no.-[protected].This deposit account is not showing up in my deposit account list in internet banking.I think this deposit account is virtually non existent and my 18000 rupees...

I got my internet banking kit from my branch 10 days ago. But till now i am not able to login. It says "Invalid username and passowrd". And it also says "Enter valid account no. and branch name" whenever i try to lodge an online complaint in the "Trouble logging in" section..
Plz activate my online banking account as soon as possible because i am working in a remote village in assam,the...
