State Bank Of India [SBI] — Online transactions not completed

Address:Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh, 211012

Sir I have made two IMPS transactions of Rs. 100000 & 47000 respectively on 10th Dec 2016. Transaction stood pending till 16 Dec 16 and on 16 Dec both transactions failed but my balance did not refunded still. It was a loan repayment transaction now I have to pay an interest for this period of Rs. 147000 . Please entertain the matter so that it can be solved on priority.
