State Bank Of India [SBI] — outstanding cleared still showing negative amount in credit score

Already i made payment in the month of december 2017 through netbanking. Then why its showing in my credit that one negative account. My credit card no
is [protected]. I already spoken with customercare many times and asked update my credit score and requested for Noc then why its not happened yet . I request you please update this and issue me NOC for further my requirement. Hope you will do needfull this time.
