Hold a savings account with sbi (Arulmanian m account no. 2537) and while openings the account with the online form fed all the credentials needed. Later while submitting the hard copy of the application at the the branch, attached required photos copies for all the proofs as aadhaar, pan etc. Later changed the branch to sbi madipakkam and while applying for new passbook, provided all proofs as aadhaar, pan, nominee etc. But inspite of repeated applications for pan linking in both offline and online modes, the pan detail is not added/linked to the account. This pan unlinked status block usage of number of features in sbi netbanking, mobile banking etc and make to revisit the branch number of times. The pan is linked to aadhaar and aadhaar is active. For all re-registrations it sent, the pan is successfully registered with the reference number message. Do look into the issue and do the necessary of linking the pan to the bank account. As added effort, had applied for pan linking with netbanking on[protected]. The attachments are for reference.
