State Bank Of India [SBI] — Passbook not received and Unethical behavior

Respected sir,
I am Raja swarnakar, living in karimpur. I've opened my account in Karimpur SBI branch since 4th Nov'16, till I have not received. I've visited the bank 5 or more less. They ended saying machine is not working, someone from kolkata will come to fix this issue. Its really irritating and tiresome to wait for a long time in a long line to get the details whether my passbook has come or not. There were a few of pregnant woman reporting the same came a long way to get the details. There behavior, sometimes feel like those civil guard at the door was more courteous. Please look into this matter, either there need one more SBI branch in karimpur as in karimpur surrounded by many villages or there should be proper action against those employee working as in like they are doing favor on us what is they are getting paid. Its my earnest request.
