State Bank Of India [SBI] — Pathetic Service and Harassment | |
Dear Sir, This is to inform you that I had taken SBI Credit Card more than a year ago and I have been using this card regularly and make payment on time every month. I lost my credit card in May'20 and immediately informed SBI Card team for which they assured that they will issue new card. I also mentioned in email that I am unable to make payment for the same as I dont have card details and also requested specifically that there should not be any late payment charges and it was assured to me by SBI Card Customer Care representative. But to my surprise, additional finance charges with late payment fee was added in next month bill. Since then I have been following up with SBI Card team for the resolution and raised multiple tickets which are mentioned below. I have also escalated it Nodal Office but have not received any response. Moreover, SBI Card team is harassing me with calls for payment though I have explained to them about the issue . I have also told them I want to cancel this card and share the details of legitimate outstanding payment which I have not received yet. Request you to please look into this as they are harassing customer like this without even taking cognizance of the issue raised.
