State Bank Of India [SBI] — Payment declined, amount not refunded yet | |||||
I have paid my credit card dues through paynet online for an amount rs.10000/- through sbi bank debit card via paynet transaction ref no. Is hsm[protected]dtd 16/12/2016 i have transaction failed an e-mail from paynet nor the same is refelected in the payment history. Moreover, the amount has been debited from my saving bank a/c of sbi bank account still not refunded.More then 20times contact branch and customer support .But they didnt reply properly it is requested to please clarify the above anamoly and refund my money immediately ..
