Dear Sir / Madam,

This is to inform you that on date[protected] At 17.51 Pm i have done online payment in Yashvantrao Chavan Maharashtra open university website but at the time of online payment that time Rs 1517.70 payment has been deduct
from my account but online transaction has been fail so i request you to kindly refund the my amount as earliest .

Note : Also attached snap shot of amount fail in Ycmou portal & also attached my sbi bank statement for your reference.
