State Bank Of India [SBI] — Payment Initiated by Amazon but not Received

I Ordered the product Eye Mask on 6th October 2021. But I didn't get the Order. So, I raised a Complaint over Amazon to refund the Amount through my Original Payment. Again I contacted Customer care, they told that they have refunded the amount of 219 through the original payment on 26th October 2021. But I checked the statement through YONO SBI, there is no statement regarding the complaint. Then Again I contacted the Customer and told my queries, they send me the Refence Number and told me to raise the complaint in SBI. Here, I am uploading the reference Number which Amazon send me through gmail.
