State Bank Of India [SBI] — Payment Refund status on SBI Collect Portal - However Payment not reversed

I have paid SBI Collect - Merchant payment for Merchant Lalitha Jewellary, the transaction reference number is DUI0055592 on 02-Nov-2021, for an amount of Rupees: 10, 000 (Ten Thousand only ), the transaction status is REFUND. However there is no refund till this period 04-Jan-2022. I would like to understand the actual transaction status and if paid mark it paid and allow to print the receipt else refund the amount with Interest of 10% Monthly compounded.

Updated by sekarbala123 Spoke with SBI Bank Customer support in this toll-free number:[protected]. They dont have access to verifying or confirming the status on the above transaction reference number. They dont be able to answer any questions related to SBI Collect, as it is only gateway and they wont be resposible for correct status maintained on their portal. I confirmed with my bank that there is no refund for the said transaction and I am not sure whether the Merchant got the amount credited.

Updated by sekarbala123 This is my fault. I have checked with Merchant and they said they have not received the amount. I have called my Bank to verify if there is any refund. The refund transaction has happened, however the reference number is not the same as the initiated transactions in the description, due to which I was confused. Hence its my fault and this ticket can be marked as resolved.

Updated by sekarbala123 And the transaction took 8 days to refund. It was returned by 10th-Nov-2021, where as the actual transcation happened on 2nd-Nov-2021.
