State Bank Of India [SBI] — Paytm insider refund is not credited to my account

I have booked 2 tickets of Border Gavaskar trophy India vs Australia 3rd test Indore from Paytm insider app for Rs, 959.82/- on 20/02/2023 and because of tickets are not generated in app and the screen pops up as payment failed and my ticket are not booked but money was debited from my account
on 20/02/2023 I have contacted to paytm insider customer care about this issue and then I got the mail from them saying that While you were initiating the payment, the transaction had failed between the payment gateway and our system due to which is why your ticket was not generated. We have initiated a full refund for your ticket amount.

Your refund of Rs: 959.82 for Mastercard Series 3rd Test: India v Australia, Indore has been successfully processed to the original mode of payment. You can use the Refund reference number (RRN) to track the refund in your statement or share it with your bank, if it fails to reflect in your account within 5-7 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays). The refund credit will show up under the name Insider.in or Wasteland Entertainment.

but today is 03/03/2023 I have not received my refund and I have also visited my bank for refund but bank says that we can't track your refund with refund reference number (RRN) because it is generated from the paytm insider system and i have mailed multiple times to paytm insider but they have not replied to me please heip me out of this, do the needful to credit the refund to my account .
may be the transaction is pending please clear this
