[Resolved]  State Bank Of India [SBI] — pension is not credited

Dear sir,
My father is a pensioner and holding a pension account in sbi dumraon (Branch code 3027). All this while, every year, for submitting his life certificate he used to personally visit the branch in the month of november. This time, since he is under diagnosis in pune, i presented him physically in front of a sbi branch manager in pune. He tried to fill up the form online, but, due to some technical problem, he was not able to fill the form. He told me to post the signed and verified life certificate to concerned branch. So, i sent it via speed post to the branch, it delivered on 4th of december.
I want to know, why my father pension of december month is not credited in his account. Although, i have sent all the documents to branch i called to customer care on [protected], he told me to contact branch. I tried to reach to branch manager on provided telephone number, but i didn't get any response from their side.
