GRIEVANCE stands as follows
1 I have received an email from SBI, informing me for the deduction of Rs 295 as AMC of my ATM card for SBI# [protected].
2. Previously you have also deducted such charges of Rs 147 for my wife's ATM card AMC.
3. As pointed out, and elaborated in our last emails, being valuable clients of SBI on account of our heavy investment of above 70 lakhs as FD in your SBI branch, such tiny charges are waived by the branch manager, utilising their discretionary power provided by SBI to retain their valuable clients in SBI.
4. Your attention. Just look. What net says in this reference.
Can bank waive off charges?
In many cases, if you have a long-standing relationship with the bank, on asking them to waive your annual fee off, the bank in most cases will comply with your request.
5. We therefore draw your kind attention to waive such charges for me and my wife, showing due respect to our huge investment in SBI.
6. We hope we would not be constrained to transfer all our FD to another better Banks, which provide lots of facilities and privileges to attract valuable clients like us.
7. Many issues against SBI have already been pending where SBI failed to resolve. Do not make the pile more and more worst.
