[Resolved]  State Bank Of India [SBI] — Points and money deducted, recharge not done

I tried recharging my phone number with ₹ 1799. ₹1336.5 is paid through debit card and rest ₹462.5 is paid by redeeming my SBI Rewardz point. Point and money both deducted but recharge is not done to my phone.
