State Bank Of India [SBI] — Poor Customer Support From SBI

Hi,

I made one transfer from the SBI mobile app and the amount was debited accordingly but till now the transfer didn't happen (Its more than 10 days already). Now as the transaction reference no. is UV0000XXXX no one is taking a complaint. Normal transaction from the web starts as IV0000XXXX.

Is there anyone who could help me? I have been already charged interest by the 3rd party as the transfer was not successful. Please help ASAP. Tried to raise ticket previously but no update yet. Even the SBI branch didn't look into the matter.

Why do I need to suffer now for SBI system error?

When I open My account and they show that No accounts mapped for this username.
I complained on 31 January and my Ticket Number is [protected]. More than 10 days but I didn't find Solution.
