I have made a pos transaction at AP Treasury website on 10th apr 2019 using my sbi debit card. The transaction was failed saying server was busy. But money is debited from my account. I have made a complaint through toll free number and received a complaint no: 516578. when i approached the bank, staff is not aware of the complaint and suggested that to make another complaint through online only. Till date, i did not receive that money to my sbi account. I even initiated a complaint with sbi, number #[protected]. But till date, there is no response for that.
