State Bank Of India [SBI] — pubg uc purchase but didn't get uc

Dear sir/madam i did purchase uc of rs.79 in pubg mobile game by using sbi internet banking. Money was deducted from my account but no uc was credited to my pubg mobile game. Money was transfer to times of money limited with reference number #igahnaspr3 on 23.11.2019. Therefore i would like to request to do the necessary as soon as possible to fix my problem. I want a refund or uc to be credited to my pubg mobile game. I hope you will do the necessary as requested. Thanking you
