This is with reference to my ppf a/c held in sbi, adyar, chennai and the service level of sbi:

My ppf was transferred from adyar post office to sbi (For the sake of online banking and closer to my residence). The a/c has been with adyar sbi for more than 13 years now. The actual date of transfer is not available with the bank (While i don’t have the po passbook) and has only a date of 2005 while the transfer was done in 2003. Initially the officer argued that when a transfer takes place the old a/c will be closed and a fresh a/c will be created which was incorrect as ppf has a 15-year period of maturity and the total duration will be considered rather than just the last branch. The initial complaint with sbi adyar was made based on the 26 dec 2017 as requested by the bank official. Subsequently i went to enquire the status 3 times and each time i had to interact with a new person and gave the details. I was promised that the details are available with the mumbai operations and they will request and get the details. Since i missed the po passbook i wanted to wait for some time. Subsequently all the 3 ladies whom i interacted with refused to respond and i had visited the branch for 6 times.

I went and made a complaint in the sbi website but it seems to be a tactic to delay the resolution. I logged the issue 3 times and received an answer stating 'please meet the branch officials' and the case was closed.

Then i found that sbi has something called happy and unhappy sms provision which is one more gimmick. I have used it 5 times so far. First time i received a standard response through email that someone will reach out. The second time i received a call (Agm chennai customer service) asking for the details of the issue and interaction with the branch officials and i shared all the details of transaction with sbi adyar and that’s it. 3 more unhappy sms were sent but there was no response. Emails to agm customer service was also ignored multiple times.

Infact i mentioned that i will have no choice but to reach out to the banking ombudsman but no response whatsoever. All these happened by feb end and i waited till now as march will be financial closure. But nothing has happened till date.

Resolution required: i would like to know what exactly is the start date for the ppf and details of deposit and interests paid from 2003 to 21 jan 2007 for which there are no entries in the passbook. Even 2005 to 2007 when the a/c was with sbi adyar they say they dont have details due to core banking migration

Sir,
I have paid money through debit card. This transaction got failure but money got deducted. I have attempted to do transaction 2 times but 2 times transaction got failure. And money got deducted. Please credit my money back.

Please help to cancel my credit card
My bank account is linked with adharcard.but not linked with in npci.
My scholarship is pending because of my Ashar card is not link in npci.
In SBI my account is linked with adharcard but why npci is not showing my adharcard linking status.
