The bank has deducted 30000 rather than monthly installment.
I filed complaint everywhere i could but the branch manager is not at all helping.
And they deducted money without any prior notice per month and it doesnt even display in the passbook.

    Sir, on 16/10/2017 when I visited to SBI branch to link Aadhar with my saving bank account, i was told that first of all KYC form is to be submitted. I inform to manager that I have already submitted KYC in year 2011, 2014, 2016. It was told to me that it is not showing in the record and it is the mistake of previous manager. Finally I have submitted KYC form to the SBI BANK (Aligarh city). On 26/10/2017 again I visted the branch to update / link Aadhar. Copy of aadhar and PAN (self & spouce) were submitted.

    But no changes have been made yet. Hence, i am requesting you to solve the issue and stop harasing the customers

      Sign has not updated yet.i filled a form for sign change.They even don't bother to tell tht it will take 1 week to update sign.it has been 3 days..after writting amount bank officer told that sign is nt updated yet.so cheque nd time both got waste.useless staff.thnak u so much.dont need to resolve it.i m going to close it as soon as possible.thank u so much.

        Hi,

        I taken Home Loan from SBI RACPC Nashik in Nov 2017 & RACPC sent my PMAY CLSS insterest Subsidy Claim to their Loal Head Office Mumbai in Dec 2017.

        I had taken follow up to know the current status of my application but no one given the factual information regarding my PMAY CLSS Claim.

        It has been more than five months, not yet received any update on Subsidy.

          With reference to above mentioned subject i am Mr. More Digambar Vishwanathrao ac .no. [protected] Branch AMBAD complaining against the SBI because they put my account on hold. I have pay my premium on time then also it happens in regular interval of times .so plz.sir help me regarding this issue because all my daily needs depends on my account.I and my family can't survive without my account.i also use net banking facility but due to account holding iam totally collapsed.
          Plz. Help me sir.

              I got 3 nos. of Rs. 100 torned notes from SBI ATM on 06.04.2018 at evening of 7 PM in Lanjigarh, Odisha. I went to bank and they denied to replace it and ask me to apply a complaint via an application and they will make it process. I made an application to the branch manager for the respective issue and my application is on process.

              I did not got any refund to the value of same amount. Need to be refunded with full value.

                Some one fraud call had made me fraud telling sbi customers care and removed my Rs 9812 from my sbi credit card last digit 0666.I request u to clear this complaint and refund my bal .Pls this is requesting u.
                I many time called to sbi customer care but they said to inform u to clear this subject kindly check th date of 04 Apr 2018 tnx it had 2 time tnx.

                  Dear Sir,
                  My a/c No. is [protected]itpl complex SBI Branch. 4th April Morning, I have recieved a sms on my phone and then, I checked my account through internet banking and found that I lossed my balance of Rs. 608/- through DEBIT SWEEP to a/c [protected] on[protected]. I am totally shocked to see my available balance. I have internet banking facility for my above account.

                  Pls let me know how it happend automatically without my concern. Does it mean I lost my money. I m afraid. plz help.

                    मैं SBI बैंक शाखा सरमथुरा धौलपुर राजस्थान की शाखा पर यह शिकायत करना चाहता हूं कि मैंने अपना आधार नंबर एवं मोबाइल नंबर एवं अपना एटीएम बनवाने हेतु फोरम दिनांक 6 मार्च 2018 को अपना ATM बनवाने हेतु फॉर्म अप्लाई किया था लेकिन अभी तक एक महीना बीत चुका है लेकिन ना ही मेरे खाते से मेरा मोबाइल नंबर ऐड किया गया है और ना ही मेरा आधार लिंक किया गया है और ना ही मेरा अभी तक ATM आया है कुछ भी काम ढंग से नहीं करती हैं हमारी शाखा के कर्मचारी मेरी शाखा का

                      Today (6/4/18)at around 1530 hours shri P.k sinha, Manager posted at sbi branch at shastri colony, district-dungarpur.rajasthan. he misbehaved with me in front of all customers while I went for the encashment of official demand draft .i am executive officer in ministry of home Affairs, govt of india, posted at District dungarpur, rajasthan. I used to regularly visit the sbi branch for official purposes in the past also but the unruly behaviour of new staff sri p.k.sinha perturbed me and disturbed my official work

                        Rakesh Kumar Meena my bank account sbi bank hindaun city distt. Karauli Raj. Se date 27/02/18 ko cut ho gaye toll free no. Per complain ki or bank manager hindaun city ko written application submite ki .first he ignored and today he said that no money will return .you may go where you want to go for consumer court or anywhere else. So please take necessary action and give justice please.

                          Dear sir a refund of 7998 rupees was successfully processed on 24 march 2018 to my account by amazon. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now. I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken i have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.                               Hello sir/madam,

                              I am extremely dissatisfied with the services provide at state bank of india, louis wadi, thane branch, maharashtra.

                              It is astonishing to note that working culture in state bank of india, louis wadi, thane branch, maharashtra, 400604 is deteriorating day by day.

                              I submitted all the relevant documents for home loan on 1st march, 2018 as requested by the branch manager (Deepa menon).

                              However, the loan has not been processed yet.

                              During this period i took so many times leave from my office to know the status of my home loan but i always receive irrelevant response from the branch manager.

                              I approach again to the branch manager (Deepa menon) to sanction the home loan. She replied we are busy in month end closing activity. We will process after that.

                              I approach again to the branch manager this time she accompanied me to bring form 16 part which i have already submitted and told that my salary was not under income tax slab in 2015-16 hence there is no question to raise the part b.

                              And since last 6 days i was keep trying to know the status, but still i didn’t receive specific response.

                              Please see the below last six days’ response by state bank of india, louiswadi, thane branch, maharashtra.

                              1st day response:

                              “your loan will be processed tomorrow. It is at final stage but we are busy in other work as well.”

                              2nd day response: “there is some correction in agreement date and receipt date and also the loan processing department have lots of work pressure that’s why its delaying.”

                              3rd day response: “no need to change the agreement date and receipt date. Once we receive confirmation from loan department then we will let you know and also we have lots of work.”

                              4rd day response: “it will take time as we have lots of work.”

                              5th day response: “loan processing department have lots of work till the time please submit form 16. (Me: i have already submitted the form 16).”

                              6th day response: “it will take time as we have lots of work. Let me ask with loan department as they also have lots of work pressure.”

                              I request you to please help me to process the loan. I hope and trust my faith in sbi will not get shattered suitable action shall be taken by transferring the bank manager to other place where the work load will be comparatively less and they can enjoy talking on mobile.

                                This is with reference to my ppf a/c held in sbi, adyar, chennai and the service level of sbi:

                                My ppf was transferred from adyar post office to sbi (For the sake of online banking and closer to my residence). The a/c has been with adyar sbi for more than 13 years now. The actual date of transfer is not available with the bank (While i don’t have the po passbook) and has only a date of 2005 while the transfer was done in 2003. Initially the officer argued that when a transfer takes place the old a/c will be closed and a fresh a/c will be created which was incorrect as ppf has a 15-year period of maturity and the total duration will be considered rather than just the last branch. The initial complaint with sbi adyar was made based on the 26 dec 2017 as requested by the bank official. Subsequently i went to enquire the status 3 times and each time i had to interact with a new person and gave the details. I was promised that the details are available with the mumbai operations and they will request and get the details. Since i missed the po passbook i wanted to wait for some time. Subsequently all the 3 ladies whom i interacted with refused to respond and i had visited the branch for 6 times.

                                I went and made a complaint in the sbi website but it seems to be a tactic to delay the resolution. I logged the issue 3 times and received an answer stating 'please meet the branch officials' and the case was closed.

                                Then i found that sbi has something called happy and unhappy sms provision which is one more gimmick. I have used it 5 times so far. First time i received a standard response through email that someone will reach out. The second time i received a call (Agm chennai customer service) asking for the details of the issue and interaction with the branch officials and i shared all the details of transaction with sbi adyar and that’s it. 3 more unhappy sms were sent but there was no response. Emails to agm customer service was also ignored multiple times.

                                Infact i mentioned that i will have no choice but to reach out to the banking ombudsman but no response whatsoever. All these happened by feb end and i waited till now as march will be financial closure. But nothing has happened till date.

                                Resolution required: i would like to know what exactly is the start date for the ppf and details of deposit and interests paid from 2003 to 21 jan 2007 for which there are no entries in the passbook. Even 2005 to 2007 when the a/c was with sbi adyar they say they dont have details due to core banking migration

                                I have raised a compliant with the banking ombudsman
                                Sir,
                                I have paid money through debit card. This transaction got failure but money got deducted. I have attempted to do transaction 2 times but 2 times transaction got failure. And money got deducted. Please credit my money back.

                                My scholarship is pending because of my Ashar card is not link in npci.
                                In SBI my account is linked with adharcard but why npci is not showing my adharcard linking status.

                                  sbi - reverse pos pur

                                  Today (06/04/18), i made a transaction for shopping through payu money using my sbi card. But the transaction failed.
                                  But money has been debited rs 1180. Why does my transaction dropped?? What is the fault?

                                  Later on i received a message from sbi as
                                  06/04/18: 1180.00 cr, reverse pos pur. Why does this happen???

                                  I dont get it back till now. Plz refund my amount as soon as possible....

                                  Dear team,
                                  I borrowed a home loan of 16lakhs from sbi, ruby park branch, kolkata on 16th may 2017 under pmay-clss scheme. However, its been about an year since then but there is no update from bank side on the current status of my pmay application, no subsidy has been disbursed yet. They are not even in a position to share assessment number of my pmay application, they said it has not been shared with them by the government. So they are helpless on this. I also registered few complaints on national housing bank (Nhb) website (https://grids.nhbonline.org.in) but did not get any response even after 3 months (Complaint number=comp/41/2018, comp/425/2018).

                                  Please find below my application details.

                                    This is to inform you that i am undergoing a financial issue due to which i am unable to clear the debts of my credit card payments. My credit card last four no is: 2664. I am negotiating a settlement with all the creditors on this regard.

                                    In the past few months, i have been facing financial hardships due to sister marriage and my grandfather treatment.

                                    More than 60% is not affordable for me in the present situation. Below are the details of my credit

                                    1) total outstanding = 1, 12, 709.32

                                    I will be ready to close my card after paid 70k only more than that not affordable.

                                      Dear Team,

                                      I got a call from the number from [protected] and [protected] saying from SBI on 5th April 2018 at 3:18 PM for verification of the credit card. I had newly received a credit card. So as part of verification i took the call. They asked me so many questions related to address, date of birth etc quite similar to normal verification process and finally asked me to share OTP for some verification purpose which i mistakenly shared. They took away 25, 000 from my card . Immediately i got call from SBI asking about the transaction details from which i understood that it was a fraud call and i had to block the card.

                                      The Fraud people has all the details with them which is why people will be confused. I being using cards from 10 years was prone to one of such fraud today.

                                      Resolution: I would request to provide help on this regard and refund the amount .

                                      Please envoy strict rules against customer's private data. Without data leakage this kind of fraud will not happen.
