I am Senior Citizen has visited the Bank and face the following experience as under
Incidence was that previously two time i have visited the Branch Manager she says that i am on online training program so not attended me properly. Hence i would like to state that Bank is Customer oriented but in working Hrs. such activity is not good sign as what i face? then other Ille rate customer where they have to go. when she is busy in such activity.
As a senior Citizen waiting for Branch Manager from 3.00PM she was not in Cabin but staff says she is not in office but will come so wait & i am waiting upto 2.00 Hrs & then she come alongwith her family in Car not paying attention to us & left with her family in Car
All these incidences are not good sign for Customer oriented Nationalize bank
