State Bank Of India [SBI] — Refund by amazon but I didn't receive

I have ordered boAt Rockerz 245v2 Wireless Bluetooth V5.0, 8 Hours Playback Time, IPX5 Sweat and Water Resistance, in-Built mic and Voice Assistant(Raging Red), One Size
with order id[protected] and after 30 mins or 1 hour I cancelled the order. But the refund of 399 i didn't receive in my bank account. The date of initiation of refund was 24 Sept. This is the Refund Reference Number-
