I rushikesh patil having ac number [protected] at your wanless hospital branch (03461), miraj, maharashtra have complained regarding fraudulent transaction happened with me between 06/012/2019 to 09/12/2019 of rs.32000 through quikr website. When i came to know about the fraud i have informed the local branch office. The branch manager have told me to complaint to the police. As per instructions i have complained to the local police regarding the incidence and took their request letter for holding the transaction of the account where i have wrongly transferred the funds. The branch manager has taken my request and police letter with them but have not given acknowledgement of the complaint even after insisting on the same. Later i have been informed by the branch that they have lien the amount in the fraudsters account and they will try the said amount in my account once confirmation received from the other branch. After waiting for a month i have been again told by sbi branch to laudge fir with local police mentioning the ac details of the fraudsters with no commitment of my amount refund. Now the police are telling me that they have already given the letter to bank and they can't go beyond that. I have attached copy of letter of police for your referral. I am student and those funds are part of my upcoming semester fees. I am following the matter with local sbi branch but even after knowing the genuine need of mine they are harresing me like anything. Kindly help me in this regards and refund my rs. 32000 which are already on hold with sbi. I'm having great hopes with sbi nodal team. If i don't get any reply within stipulated time then i have to go ahead with complaint in rbi banking ombudsman which i want to avoid.
