Dear sir/madam on 1st jan 2020 i bought a guitar bag on amazon but immediately i canceled that order the price of the bag is 1560 rupees after that amazon sent me a message regarding the fund of that order with reference no[protected] but i cannot received any amount please help me i also add screenshot of the reference no which was sent by amazon

Sr I was purchased and returned ond Philips hair trimmer of rupees 999/- since 3 months back. I didn't received my cash the Amazon company said my we sent u r cash and they sent me refund refrance number 462542.. plz solw my problem bank is also not responding me and Amazon also
