Hello sir, My refund of two cancelled ticket from irctc which i have paid with my debit card had not been credited to my account yet. When i contact to irctc they gave me the rrn number and told me to contact to the card issuing bank for the refund status. These are the details mailed by irctc to me against my refund. Other details. - order no. (Protected) Refund date :[protected]:00:00 Refund rrn no. : 85215229198928493948807 Refund amount : 630.0 Last 4 digit card no : 1569 They also said If the refund is not reflecting in your statement as given above then please ask your card issuing bank to contact their atm switch center with the given rrn and get it transferred in your account. Refund from myntra has been initiated before 10 days but the amount did not reflected into my account .Paid through SBI Visa Debit card .Amount- Rs.1414.00 . Bank reference number "[protected]" . Please help with this .
