I cancel order 21/12/2022. reason to Package didn't arrived Request a Refund.

But not received amount till date. I contact some time to Amazon Customer Care. Amazon Customer Care Executive told me amount is refund in our end. You contact your bank. I contact to my Bank, Bank officer told me not a received amount in this account. This Reference No. check system not available in Branch login.
