State Bank Of India [SBI] — Refund initiated amazon but not received

Hello sir, I have purchased a phone from amazon cash on delivery but due to some reason i return it on 28/10/21 . amazon initiate refund 11999 rupees on 28/110/21 but yet no money reflect in my account..amazon said that they refunded the money to your bank but bank should not deliver your money to your account ..
They gave me " The Refund Reference Number for the transaction is[protected]."and said that please contact your bank and check the status but the bank manager didn't take any action .He said that he can't do anything related to this.. even sbi customer care should not take any action regarding this problem
TAKE A ACTION REGARDING MY REFUND and solve my PROBLEM AS POSSIBLE AS..
