State Bank Of India [SBI] — Refund initiated but not received in my bank Account.

I had ordered a product from amazon on 17 Jan 2023 but i canceled it, but i didn't get my Refund (2130/- Rupees). I asked to Amazon they said they released my refund amount on 21 Jan 2023 and gave Me a reference number[protected] and said go to your Bank, I went to My bank but they did not cooperate with me and they still saying they are not responsible for that. Its been too long but there is no solution given by bank and not cooperating with me. Please solve this problem ASAP.
