State Bank Of India [SBI] — Refund initiated by Amazon but amount not credited in my account

Did a purchase on Amazon and requested for refund due to some problem. They initiated the refund on 20 feb2022 but amount not credited in my account. They provide the refund reference number which is #[protected]. The bank says that they cannot help regarding this.
