State Bank Of India [SBI] — REFUND INITIATED BY AMAZON BUT Amount yet not credited to my ACCOUNT by SBI

Sir I have return a product Bajaj pigmy mini fan which cost Rs 969.And Amazon initiated refund on 6/03/2022 and I seen my update as my refund has been completed on 11/03/22but actually not credited to my bank account.when I call to customer care They told that we already credited you amount but it is not going to your account bcz of SBI defult.and they told me to cont SBI customer care I did .but I did not get my money on my account till now .After that Amazon customer care told me to write a charge dispute.Bcz form their side they given a reference no which is a proof for their paiment but when I call to SBI customer care they say it's not our duty and this is going continuously till 3 days happened No one is listening.
