State Bank Of India [SBI] — Refund initiated by Amazon but not received to my bank account

I have ordered a product from Amazon worth rs1399 and I ask for refund my order, Amazon initiated my Refund on 22/12/2021 but I didn't receive my amount in bank account, I have visited bank several time and showed them prove but they said we can't help you with this .
