State Bank Of India [SBI] — Refund initiated by Amazon but not yet credited

Sir/Madam,
I am M. Surya Teja. I returned a product on Amazon on 28/02/2022 and the refund was initiated on the same day. It was not yet credited to my account and when i contacted the Amazon, they have given me a Reference Number bearing #[protected]. The SBI is not responding to my problem and they're telling to contact Amazon but Amazon says to contact SBI.
This is an urgent and please help me as soon as possible.
