[Resolved] State Bank Of India [SBI] — Refund initiated by amazon but still not received in sbi bank account | |||
Sir, I had ordered a product MI 11X 5G Lunar White 8GB RAM 128 GB ROM on an exchange offer of old device from Amazon on 09-August-2021 through Net Banking. But Amazon delivery agent reject the old device to exchange at the time of delivery of new device and I returned the ordered device. Amazon got returned the ordered product and Amazon initiated the refunds of Rs. 19449 (order price) and Rs. 100 (exchange fee) with same Refund Reference Number IGALSGHMV7 on 12-August-2021 and it was expected to be credited on 17-August-2021 through Net Banking. The Bank credited me only Rs. 100 on 24th August and but didn't credited Rs. 19449 in my account. Amazon Customer Care gave me that Refund Reference ID Number IGALSGHMV7 but still now the Bank has not credited my money Rs.19449 This is urgent, please help me as soon as possible to get back my money. I ordered three items from Amazon on 12th August 2021, due to some issues they asked me to cancle my order and reorder the products but as my money was prepaid Amazon customer care said they will refund me the money within 3 -4 working days and provided me with RRN number, but the amount didn't hit my account till date according to Amazon they have initiated the money but my bank isn't releasing it, i have contacted SBI customer care but they said they are unable to trace it kindly look onto this matter .

Amazon immediately issued the refund and informed that amount will be received in my bank account the very next day. But its been 15 days and still i did not receive the amount in my bank. The product size is too loose later I returned the product on January 2nd 2022!
For the purpose of refund I Linked my bank account…From the amazon They clearly mentioned that they Initiated the refund to my bank account on jan 2nd 2022…and it was expected to be credited on jan-7th 2022
But Till now bank didn’t credited to me!
Amazon Costumer gave me the *Reference Id for the issued refund:[protected]
Till now bank has not credited my money Rs: 2639
And I have asked the bank regarding this . They are not at all responding.
This is urgent.please help me as soon as possible to get back my money.
