I ordered three items from Amazon on 12th August 2021, due to some issues they asked me to cancle my order and reorder the products but as my money was prepaid Amazon customer care said they will refund me the money within 3 -4 working days and provided me with RRN number, but the amount didn't hit my account till date according to Amazon they have initiated the money but my bank isn't releasing it, i have contacted SBI customer care but they said they are unable to trace it kindly look onto this matter .

I ordered 4 products from amazon on 20th feb 2023, and paid through my card, but the amount got deducted twice for all 4 products. Amazon immediately issued the refund and informed that amount will be received in my bank account the very next day. But its been 15 days and still i did not receive the amount in my bank. Amazon gave the refund reference number as well. I went to sbi bank but no one responded properly.

Please solve the issue, i have to receive refund of rs.4889

The product size is too loose later I returned the product on January 2nd 2022!
For the purpose of refund I Linked my bank account…From the amazon They clearly mentioned that they Initiated the refund to my bank account on jan 2nd 2022…and it was expected to be credited on jan-7th 2022
But Till now bank didn’t credited to me!
Amazon Costumer gave me the *Reference Id for the issued refund:[protected]
Till now bank has not credited my money Rs: 2639
And I have asked the bank regarding this . They are not at all responding.
This is urgent.please help me as soon as possible to get back my money.
