I, Avinash had ordered Asus Vivobook laptop with order id[protected] on Amazon.in(my mother's Amazon account named Usha Elumalai) on 6/2/2022. The total cost is Rs. 56990. I had also ordered for exchange of old laptop for Rs.6900. Exchange pickup fee is Rs. 100. On 6/2/2022, I paid 50190 to Amazon. The product was delivered on 9/2/2022. The exchange was cancelled, so I paid the remaining amount of Rs. 6900 on 9/2/2022. In total, I had paid Rs. 50190+6900 to Amazon. The product was not satisfactory, so I returned it. Amazon picked up the order on 10/2/2022. The exchange pick up fee of Rs. 100 was refunded to my account on the same day. All payments mentioned above were made via GPAY UPI linked account with id [protected]@oksbi. The remaining amount to be refunded was Rs. 56990. Amazon initiated the refund on 21/2/2022. The amount of Rs. 6900 was added to my Amazon pay balance. The balance refund amount of Rs. 50090 is yet to be credited to my account. After calling the customer service multiple times, Amazon finally provided me the refund reference number[protected] on 13/3/2022 and asked me to contact bank for further information. I contacted the bank on 14/3/2022 and provided them with all the details along with charge dispute. It has already been a week since I lodged complaint with SBI, but no further action is taken regarding the same. They have also closed the complaint without resolving the issue. Again SBI has raised another complaint on 19/3/2022 and asked us to wait for one week. I am really frustrated and suffering for almost 2 months because of this issue. I plead you to take appropriate action against SBI and arrange for refund of Rs. 50090 at the earliest. I have attached all the related screenshots for your reference to understand my helpless situation. Please resolve this issue.
