My name is Akshay Kumar and I had ordered a Mobile product of RS.8778 (Motorola G32) on Flipkart 12 December. Which is Order id-OD[protected]. & I canceled the order after 12 minutes due to personal reason.And on 20 December Flipkart initiated the amount to my debit card but I still didn't get the money. Flipkart sent this reference number[75503722355020528750237] and told me to fill charge dispute form but State Bank of india doesn't have such policy.
