State Bank Of India [SBI] — Refund initiated by PUMA INDIA but not received.

I order a product from Puma in PUMA APPS on 24/12/2022 and i return the product due to some defect on 27/12/2022.I got a mail from Puma India the the refund of ₹3769.69 is been done successfully refunded on 3/01/2023 but I did not recieved the refund in my SBI Bank.The refund detail are as follows:-
