[Resolved] State Bank Of India [SBI] — Refund initiated by Razorpay but not received

Hello,
I have made the through phone pe for razorpay on 5th Jan 2022. Amount got debited from my account and Payment got failed at razorpay and razorpay initiated refund on 5th Jan 2022 immediately after payment failed they have given RRN no :[protected]. Still i didnt received the refund back to my account. If i go to the bank and said the same they said they cannot help on online payments.
Kindly please help me in getting back my refund.
