I had purchased a product from TATA CLIQ on 7th of june 2021(order id[protected]. It was CASH ON DELIVERY and the amount was Rs 1299. On placing a return request they picked it up on 11th of June . Since it was a cash on delivery Tata cliq asked me about my bank account details ( account number, IFSC etc) and I provided them with that. On 30th of June they emailed me with a bank reference number[protected] but no amount was reflected in my SBI account number. I contacted the customer care of SBI but they refused to help. I additionally contacted the branch they refused to help too. I am attaching the screenshot of everything. Thank you. Please help me recover the money.
