Through Amazon I ordered a product. My name is Sagar Paul. I'm from West Bengal. Previous month I purchased a iPad smart pencil which costs 2079 rupees. I decided to cancel it and again buy it for just 1799 during sale. So, i replaced my order because in Amazon we can not place a new order before its replenishment, so i replaced it and then I want to get back my refund. September 29 schedule as my second product ( replacement) return. Somehow no one was came that day. Next day I called Amazon customer service and told my problem. In for this issue, customer service's someone reschedule my pickup date on 3rd October thank fully Amazon agent came and picked up. I asked him when I get my refund, he told me in just 5 days sir. Day after day no refund was initiated, so i called customer care and told my problem, in this reply customer care told me your refund was initiated on 15 October 2022 kindly check your bank account etc. in my amazon account 2 bank account linked. Customer care also Amazon's executive people told me that my refund was initiated on my bank account ending with x287. I just updated my passbook no refund was there. Then customer care and executive told me we gave you a refund reference number kindly visit your bank or call your bank for this. I also visited my bank and the deny to check my request.
