I purchased a product named Judge by TTK Prestige Deluxe Kadhai 30 cm diameter with Lid 6 L capacity {OD[protected]} from Flipkart app on 17/09/2021. Due to send wrong product I have returned it on 26/09/2021(Refund ID:[protected]). Next I have had a E-mail from Flipkart mentioned that ‘’ Your refund amount Rs-933 has been transferred successfully by seller on 02/10/2021 and it will be credited by on 11/10/2021(, account holder name- Labani Sarkar Debnath, IFSC- SBIN0003199), NEFT reference number NFT[protected]GN00232, If the amount will not be credited by that day, you will must visit your home branch of your bank and claim the money” . Till now the amount is not credited, then I visited my home branch of SBI and they said there is no option to solve this. They said to reconnect with Flipkart. After that the Flipkart executive told me they sent the money successfully to my bank account mentioning my account number and reference number. Then I was trying to register a complain through online SBI (SBI complaint no[protected]. But after 2 days showing “case closed” without solution in complaint status.
Sir/Madam it is time lost, harassing and loosing value of money . So it is my humble request to you that- Please help me to get the amount as soon as possible.
