I have ordered a "Mia Fashion Women Regular Hooded Black Winter jacket" from Amazon on 3rd december for which I have paid rupees 997/-. But order is returned after sometime. Then Amazon sent a mail in which it is written that refund initiated successfully on 13 December . But didn't get the money till now . This is my reference I'd - 1.34715E+11. Please help me.
